Sizing is where team orders usually go wrong — and embroidered sets are final sale, so we get it right before we cut. On paid orders of 20 sets or more in Gauteng we come to you for on-site fittings. For everyone else, send measurements on WhatsApp and we will advise per person, or use our size finder.

Twenty-one scrub colours — or the colour your brand actually uses
Our standard palette runs from warm neutrals to rich, confident tones and varies by fabric and season — think navy, cobalt blue, emerald, sage, maroon, charcoal and softer neutrals in between.
If your brand colour isn't in our standard range, tell us. Because every set is made to order rather than pulled from stock, we can work with your team on a specific shade for your practice. Send us your brand colour, a logo file or even a photo of your signage, and we will match it as closely as the fabric allows and confirm with a physical sample before anything is cut.

Who we dress
We supply team scrubs and custom medical uniforms to medical and dental practices, clinics and hospital departments, veterinary rooms, physiotherapy and allied health teams, laboratories, universities, salons, spas and lodges across South Africa.
Most of our team orders come from Johannesburg, Sandton, Pretoria and the wider Gauteng area, where we can visit your practice for fittings, but we deliver bulk scrub orders nationwide — Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha, Bloemfontein and everywhere between. If your team wears a uniform and you want it to look considered rather than generic, this is for you.
Common questions
Is there a minimum order for team scrubs?
No. We have no minimum order quantity, so a two-person practice is as welcome as a fifty-person department.
How much do team scrubs cost?
From R550 a set for PolyBlend, R650 for Linen and R750 for Stretch. Name embroidery from R100 and logo embroidery from R150. Prices exclude delivery and every quote is tailored to your fabric, styles and volume.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Volume pricing applies on larger orders and is reflected in your quotation. Tell us your numbers and we will price it properly.
How long does a team order take?
Typically 2 to 4 weeks depending on order size, confirmed when you place your order. Every order ships nationwide via The Courier Guy, delivered straight to your practice — from R100, free on orders over R1 500.
Do you come to us for fittings?
Yes, across Gauteng on paid orders of 20 sets or more. Elsewhere, send us measurements on WhatsApp and we will advise per person.
Can you match our practice brand colours?
Yes. We carry 21 colours across three fabrics, including shades not on our online store, and reproduce your logo in your brand colours. If your brand colour is not in the standard range, send us the colour reference or a photo and we will work with you to match it as closely as the fabric allows. Every shade is confirmed with a physical sample before production.
Can we get a custom colour that is not on your list?
In most cases yes. Every set is made to order rather than pulled from stock, so we can work with your team on a specific shade. Send us your brand colour reference, a logo file or a photo of your signage and we will tell you how closely we can match it, then confirm with a physical sample before cutting.
What sizes do you offer for teams?
XS to 3XL in the women's range and XS to 2XL in the men's range, with larger sizes made on request.
Do you invoice practices?
Yes. We issue a formal quotation and a full tax invoice for your records.
What happens if a size is wrong?
Sizes can be changed free of charge at any time before production begins, which is why we confirm every measurement first. Embroidered and personalised sets are final sale once made, so please confirm sizes carefully — non-personalised sets can still be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. See the full Exchange Policy.
Do you deliver outside Gauteng?
Yes, anywhere in South Africa via The Courier Guy, delivered to your practice. Worldwide shipping is coming soon.
How do I care for team scrub sets?
They're machine washable and made to hold colour through frequent, high-temperature laundering. Wash inside-out to protect embroidery, and the fabrics need minimal ironing to keep their shape.
