Terms and Conditions
We hope you are happy with your order.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may cancel your existing order for a fee or return it to us (if received) for an exchange only.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the address we will provide.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or
damaged products, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Please Note:
A 35% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
CANCELATIONS
Please give careful thought to your order as it is made on request.
If you decide to cancel your order you may do so at a 50% cancelation fee on the original selling price of the entire order.
Please note, discounts will not be added to the total on which the 50% cancelation fee is calculated.
REFUNDS
Regrettably we do not do cash refunds.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange.
Please allow at least seven (7) working days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.
