How do I choose the right size?

What measurements should I send?
Bust/chest, waist, hips, height, preferred fit (relaxed/standard/fitted) and the style you want.
I’m between sizes — what should I do?

If you prefer comfort or layering, size up. If you prefer a more tailored look, size down (as long as measurements align).
Can I order different sizes for top and bottom?
Yes — you can mix-and-match sizes.

Yes — alterations for tops and pants are available and are selected during product selection (additional cost applies).
Are altered items exchangeable?
No — altered items are personalised and are final sale (no exchanges).Â
Fabrics & Comfort
What fabrics do you offer?
We offer PolyBlend, Linen and Stretch options.
Which fabric is best for long shifts?
Stretch is great for movement, PolyBlend is a practical everyday choice, and Linen offers a breathable natural feel — tell us your setting and we’ll guide you.
Are lighter colours see-through?
Most customers find them wearable, but lighter shades can be more revealing depending on fit and lighting — nude undergarments/underlayers are recommended.
Care Instructions (Conservative / No Tumble Dry)
How do I wash my scrubs?
We recommend:
- Cold to lukewarm wash (±30°C)
- Mild detergent
- Wash with like colours; turn dark colours inside out
- No bleach unless the care label allows it
- No tumble dry (air dry only — conservative recommendation)
- Low-heat iron if needed
Can I exchange after washing?
No — exchanged items must be unworn and unwashed with tags/packaging intact.

Are your scrubs in stock?
No — all garments are made-to-order.
How long does production take?
Typically 10–15 working days, and we always aim to dispatch sooner where possible.

Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes — we ship nationwide.Â
How much is shipping?
Nationwide shipping from R100.Â
How long does courier delivery take once dispatched?
Typically 1–5 days, depending on your area.
How will I receive tracking details?
The courier will provide tracking updates if you enter the correct email address and contact number at checkout.
Exchanges, Fees & Faults (Within 7 Days)
Do you offer refunds?
No — we do not offer refunds. Exchanges only.Â
What is the exchange window?
Within 7 days of delivery.Â
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes — 35% on approved exchanges.Â
Who pays courier fees for exchanges?
Customers pay for standard exchanges; if there’s a fault or we made an error, we cover courier costs.Â
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
Report it within 7 days of delivery. If confirmed as a fault or our error, we’ll arrange an exchange and cover courier costs.Â
Sale Items (Final Sale)
Can I exchange a sale item?
No — sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.Â
What if a sale item has a fault or you sent the wrong item/size?
If reported within 7 days, we will accept an exchange for faults/errors and cover courier costs.Â
Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations (where possible) are subject to a 50% cancellation fee on the original full selling price; discounts aren’t used in the calculation.Â

Do you offer embroidery?
Yes — names and logos are available.
What file types do you accept for logos?
PNG or PDF.
How do I send my logo?

Can every logo be embroidered?
Not always — some logos are too complex to embroider. We’ll confirm after review.
Do I need to specify placement?
Yes — placement is customer-specified. Please state where you want it (e.g., left chest/right chest/sleeve) to avoid delays.
Does embroidery add extra time?

It may add up to 2 additional working days.
Can embroidered items be exchanged?
No — embroidered items are personalised and final sale.Â
