Return & Exchange Policy

At The Scrub Atelier, every garment is made on request with care and precision. We encourage you to place orders mindfully, but we understand that in rare instances, a return or exchange may be necessary.
Return Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
We will only accept returns if the item:
- Is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged)
- Has all tags and packaging intact
- Is returned within the 7-day window
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds, unless the item is damaged or an error was made on our part.
Restocking & Cancellation Fees
- A 35% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Order cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the original full selling price of the order.
- Please note that discounts will not be applied when calculating the cancellation fee.
Courier & Shipping Responsibility
- Return shipping is at the customer’s cost.
- Customers may use any courier of their choice to return items.
- If an exchange is requested, the shipping cost for the new item will also be covered by the customer.
- If we made a mistake (e.g., incorrect item, size, or damaged product), we will cover all courier costs.
Exchanges
Should you need a different size or style, we are happy to process an exchange within the 7-day return window. Items must meet the return conditions above.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.
- We will respond with further instructions.
- Securely repackage the item and return it using the courier of your choice.

All our garments are made-to-order. Please consider your order carefully before completing your purchase. As a small-batch brand, these policies allow us to maintain a high standard of service and craftsmanship.
