Exchange Policy

At Scrub Atelier, every garment is made on request with care and precision. We encourage you to place orders mindfully, but we understand that in rare instances, an exchange may be necessary.

1) Exchange Window

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery (based on courier delivery confirmation).

2) Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, items must be returned:

  • Unworn, unwashed and undamaged
  • With all tags attached and original packaging intact
  • Within the 7‑day window

Try‑on guidance: brief try‑ons are fine provided the item remains in resaleable condition (no marks, stains, odours, pet hair, deodorant marks).

3) Exchanges Only — No Refunds

Scrub Atelier offers exchanges only. We do not offer refunds.

4) Restocking Fee

A 35% restocking fee applies to all approved exchanges.

5) Courier & Shipping Responsibility

  • Return shipping for standard exchanges is at the customer’s cost and customers may use any courier of their choice.
  • If an exchange is approved, shipping for the replacement item is also covered by the customer for standard exchanges.
  • If we made an error and is reported within 7 days, we will arrange an exchange and cover all courier costs.

6) Cancellations

Cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee calculated on the original full selling price (discounts are not used in the calculation).

7) Final Sale Items

  • Sale items: Final sale (no exchanges).
  • Personalised items (embroidery/alterations): Final sale (no exchanges).

8) How to Initiate an Exchange
